[Adaptation of apple tissue coloration technique for studying the genetic variability of clonal rootstocks]

Research on genetic variability caused by in vitro cultivation was started. Apple clonal rootstocks were selected as experimental objects. The in vitro culture of apple clonal rootstocks 54-118, 62-396 and PB-4 was initiated. Some problems according with vitrification were described. Different methods of apple clonal rootstocks nuclear material colouration were approbated. Fuxin colouration appeared to be the best method for apple tissues. Optimal conditions and samples for colouration were ascertained
