[A technique of apple rootstocks micropropagation in vitro]

The technique of in vitro propagation of apple clonal rootstocks 54-118, 62-396 and PB-4 is stated in the article. Optimal nutritious media for tissue culture initiation, regenerants propagations and rooting, procedures of explants isolation and sterilization, regenerants storing and adaptation to non-sterile conditions are presented. This technique allows propagating apple clonal rootstocks at large scale and obtaining the high quality planting material
