Results of clinical research of efficiency of compound 3-N-heptylamino-2-[3'-(4''-carboxymethylphenyl)-pronyl]-cyclo-pent -2- en- 1-on, (FP-10) belongs to group 13-azaprostanoides with modified a - and w- chains are shown. Compound FP-10 has been found to enhance the therapeutic effect of pharmacological remedies complex which is traditionally used in treating this disease. Research were spent in 2002-2005. In experiment 16 dogs and 38 rabbits with postnatal complications - endometritis. To control dogs entered intramuscularly streptomycin 20000 un on 1 kg/weight, tetracycline, oxytacine in a doze 0,5 un on 1 kg weight (2 days), sinestrol – 1 mg (2 days), intrauterinely - furazolidon sticks on 1 in a day, and also intravenous injections 5 ml 10 % solutions of chloride calcium and 20 ml of 10 % of a solution of glucose. At dogs and rabbits for 2-3 day after birth the general indisposition, weakness, refusal of a forage and water, rise in temperature, dryness of a nose, restless behaviour, weak puppies, from a vulva the expiration serous excreta is marked. After the lead course of treatment with application of preparation FP-10 in current of 7-8 days, term of treatment was reduced to 3-2 days. At dogs and rabbits the general condition of an organism has improved, there was an appetite, the tone of muscles of a uterus has raised, uteral cervix has been opened, its cavity was released from exudate, motor function and sexual cyclicity of a uterus has restored, secretion of womb glands has amplified. Results of studying of efficiency of preparation FP-10 on dogs and rabbits are presented
