Research results of studies of the veterinary and sanitary indices of meat quality after application of bolus forms of aversectin for sheep strongyloidosis treatment and influence of anthelminthic medications on the main indices of meat quality were presented. Results of studies of two groups of young ewes spontaneously infected with strongyloidosis and one healthy group (control one) were analysed. Organoleptic indices of slaughter products of the experimental groups of sheep infected with strongyloidosis of gastrointestinal tract and groups treated with bolus forms of aversectin did not differ from the control group. Physical-chemical indices of sheep meat after treatment by aversectin preparations did not differ from the indices of the control group. Bacteriological studies of the surface and deep layers of sheep meat on the nutrient media revealed the solitary colonies of gram-positive cocci. Salmonella genus bacteria were not found both in the experimental and in the control groups. Moisture amount in meat of sick animals in comparison with healthy animals raised on 3%, protein amount decreased on 2%, fat amount decreased on 0,5%. Meat calorie content in meat of sick animals was lower on 13,06 large calorie. Chemical composition of healthy animals meat after dehelmintization did not substantively differ from the indices of healthy animals meat. Relative biological value of sheep meat infected with strongyloidosis was on 15% lower in comparison with the healthy animals
