Now the main accent in agrarian policy of Belarus should be made on building of system of organizational, economic and legal premises of resistant development of agrarian and industrial complex, on strengthening of base large documentary integrated and cooperated efficient production. In country there should be diversiform forms and types of the enterprises, but at one condition – observance of basic criterion: efficacy of operation and market competitiveness.Efficacy of integrated production reputes deliveries on the market of the high-performance production keeping a maximum of an added value. Such enterprises will create a unified process flow of production from obtaining raw material before delivery to consumers of production with allowance for demand. Formations of agrarian and industrial complex of republic are necessary for plotting by a principle of through development of diversified and highly specialized cooperative-integration grocery associations of a miscellaneous level at which centre there are enterprises - integrators: processing, trading - marketing, and in some events and banks. In the basis of their building there is a joint economic interest which will consist in production and sales as it is possible great volume of production, obtaining of maximum proceeds. All this will allow monitoring the fixed grocery markets and their segments
