On sod-podzolic sandy soil weakly and in average provided by mobile forms of microcells, it is established, that separate folia application of copper and manganese to flax crops in a fur-tree phase has advantage in comparison with their joint entering in tank mixture. Influence of copper and manganese fertilizers on flax seeds productivity and flax fibers is ambiguous. Applcation of copper fertilizer on flax crops is more preferable at its cultivation on seeds. Folia application of copper sulfate in dozes of 200-400 g/ha (50-100 c/ha) raises flax seeds productivity on 13-17 %. Folia application of sulfate of manganese in dozes of 200-400 g/ha (50-100 c/ha) raises an output of the general and long fibre accordingly on 16-18 % and 10-18 %. As follows from the presented calculations, application of copper in a doze of 75 g/ha and manganese of 100 g/ha promotes receiving the net profit from an increase of a crop of seeds 1,98 and 1,93 roubles on 1 rouble of expenses accordingly. A recoupment of application of the given microcells by a crop of the general fibre in 4 and more times above, than a crop of seeds. The net profit on 1 rouble of expenses from manganese in dozes of 50-100 g/ha is made 9,3 roubles, from joint application of copper with manganese in dozes on 50 g/ha - 9,22 roubles
