For normal growth and development of breeding young animals organization of rigorous feeding has the important value. Rations of these animal should be monitored permanently on provision of energy, protein and carbohydrates with allowance for their qualities. It is very important to balance rations of replacement young animals on macro and microelements, vitamins. Poor maintenance of steers by energy in the cultivation season, except for deceleration in growth, results in delay of production by the testicles of testosteron and underdevelopment of vesicular glands, to narrowing of lumen gyrose channels of the testicles. Alongside with maintenance of breeding steers by energy, protein, calcium, phosphorum, sodium, magnesium and sulfur essential value on growth, development and consequent reproductive ability animal renders coverage of rations by microelements and vitamins. It is established, that the feeding to replacement steers of rations with the heightened content of microelements and vitamins positively affects on a level of health of experimental young animals and allows to increase conversion of forage power in production on 1,02-3,38%, or follow-up to receive on a head in day of a gain of 31-71 g and to lower costs of forages per unit of a gain on 3,6-6,2%
