Research results genotypic specificity of cereals haploidization process based on halpoproduction and antheral technology were presented. Optimization of the nutrient medium content and factors exercising influence on genotypes in order to increase the efficiency of methods and haploidization products output were analyzed. The potentialities of creation of haploid cereals by means of halpoproduction (basing on the remote hybridization) and androgenic method s in culture of isolated anthers in vitro were studied. Cereals and maize were used as the halpoproducers for the development of barley, wheat and triticale haploids. High genetic specificity of both halpoproducers and halpoproducing forms was stated. Significant role of biologically active compounds and embrioculture in vitro was noted. The effect of high genetic specificity of induction of new forms and frequency of appearance of haploid albinos of barley, wheat and triticale was noted due to application of the method of isolated anthers in vitro. The structure of culture media for the effective induction of tylosis and regeneration of green plants was optimized. The mutagenic effect of in vitro culture causing the development of genetically heterogenous forms was revealed. Principal genes causing high compatibility, halpoproduction and androgenic properties of cereals were determined. Valuable dihaploid varieties of cereals were created with the help of improved haploid technologies
