In decision of the problem of resource saving at milk production essential value has correct rationing of the concentrated forages consisting of cereal and bean cultures grain. The cost price of diets directly depends on level of inclusion of concentrates. With efficiency increase the requirement for energy and provision with protein of each power unit increases. Requirements to quality of voluminous forages included in a diet accordingly increase. The more low quality of voluminous forages (under energy, protein and other nutrients content), the greater quantity of concentrates of high quality it is necessary to include in a diet. Principles of modelling of lactating cows diets with the account of real-life technologies of animal maintenance and distributions of forages in the Republic of Belarus are developed. Key parametres of the model constructed by a principle of target programming are defined. The offered technique considers principles of indivisibility of fodder resources in group of voluminous forages at distribution that does its practical for industrial know-how of milk. Theoretical aspects of the given work can be taken as a principle designing of typical diets for economic zones with equivalent technologies of preparation of forages
