The dynamics of dry matter, starch and protein accumulation and changes in the value of decrease number parameter during maturing of spring hexaploid triticosecale seeds has been studied. The specific properties of accumulation process during weevil maturing from milky to full ripeness as well as the existence of limitative interval for decrease number parameter have been revealed. The dynamics of assimilators accumulation has beenstudied on the phases of spring triticosecale seeds of varieties Lana, Lotas and Uzor. Variety Lotas was characterized by the least stability during assimilators accumulation. For variety Lotas the period of slow accumulation of reserve matters has changed by their intensive inflow. The maximum meaning of decrease number parameter were marked for studied varieties during the phase of paste maturation, minimum meaning – during the wax ripeness phase (Lana, Lotas) or full (Uzor) maturation. It is explained by the high amylolytic activity which triticosecale possesses at the final stage of seeds maturation. The studying of correlation dependences between physical and chemical indicators received in dynamics on maturing phases for three varieties of spring triticosecale has shown the presence of reliable correlation coefficients for the following signs: dry matter-protein (r = 0,591) and dry matter-starch, protein (R = 0,728)
