A preliminary study on the effects of cold storage on the pupae of Aphidius gifuensis Ashmead

صينى. 在(25±1)℃、RH 85%、光照∥黑暗=16h∥8h条件下僵化1～5d的僵蚜，置5℃冰箱中保 存，结果显示：僵化3d蚜虫中烟蚜茧蜂平均羽化率最高（72.33%～85.33%），僵化2d蚜 虫中烟蚜茧蜂羽化率次之（65.67%~81.33%_），僵化4d、5d蚜虫中的烟蚜茧蜂羽化率最低（＜70%）；僵蚜低温冷藏对羽化出的烟蚜茧峰雌蜂寄生能力无显著影响，各处理中羽化出的雌蜂平均寿命减少皆小于1d.
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]إنجليزي. The aphid mummies were stored in refrigerator at 5℃ after they were formed under the conditions of (25±1)℃, R H 85%, L∥D=16hr∥8hr in 1,2,3,4,5 days， respectively. The results showed that the highest emergence rate of Aphidius. Gifuensis was found in 3 days aphid mummies (72.33%-85.33%), which was followed by that in 2_day aphid mummies (65.67%-81.33%), while the emergence rate of A. gifuensis was the lowest in the 4 days and 5 days aphid mummies. The cold storage had no significant effects on the ability of female wasps and their mean longevity was shortened by smaller than 1 day in all treatments compared with that in the controls.
