Efectividad de extractos de nicotina obtenidos por el método de maceración-lixiviación sobre Bemisia tabaci (Geen) en el cultivo del tomate.

الأسبانية؛ قشتالية. El presente trabajo se realizó en la CPA Gilberto León, en San Antonio de los Baños, provincia de La Habana. Se evaluaron los extractos de nicotina a 3 y 1,5 g/L con respecto al estándar dimetoato aplicado a 0,6 kg i.a./ha para el combate de B. tabaci en el cultivo del tomate, Lycopersicum esculentum (Wild) variedad Campbell 28. La efectividad se evaluó a 1, 24, 72 y 168 horas posteriores a los tratamientos mediante el conteo de adultos de B. tabaci en 25 plantas por parcelas en los niveles superior, medio e inferior. Se tomó de cada planta una hoja del nivel medio para el conteo de los estadios inmaduros con el uso del estereoscopio. Resultaron efectivos en el combate de B. tabaci las concentraciones de nicotina de 3 y 1,5 g/L con valores de efectividades superiores al estándar dimetoato.

إنجليزي. Effectiveness against Bemisia tabaci of nicotine extracts obtained by the maceration-lixiviation methods. The present work was carried out at the CPA Gilberto León in San Antonio de los Baños, Havana province. The 3 and 1.5 g/l nicotine extracts were assayed against dimethoate applied at 0.6 kg i.a./ha to fight B. tabaci in tomato crop (Lycopersicum esculentum (Wild) variety Campbell 28. The effectiveness was evaluated at 1, 24, 72 and 168 hours after the treatments by counting the adults of B. tabaci on 25 plants per plot highest, medium and lower levels. A leaf was taken from each plant at the medium level to count the mature stages under a stereoscope. The nicotine concentrations of 3 and 1.5 g/l were found effective to fight B, tabaci with effectiveness values higher than those of the dimethoate standard.
