Se estudió en condiciones de laboratorio, la biología de este depredador y se determinaron sus estadios larvales, la duración de su ciclo biológico y la fecundidad promedio, así como, la longevidad para las hembras. Durante el experimento, la temperatura máxima promedio fue de 25,02°C, la mínima promedio de 22,73°C y la media de 23,87°C; la humedad relativa registrada fue de 73,81 %.
