Efectividad de hongos entomopatógenos y Bacillus thuringiensis sobre Thrips palmi Karny en el cultivo del pepino.

الأسبانية؛ قشتالية. En condiciones de laboratorio y campo se evaluó la efectividad de diferentes cepas de Bacillus thuringiensis y hongos entomopatógenos sobre Thrips palmi. En el laboratorio los mejores resultados de efectividad se obtuvieron con los hongos entomopatógenos Metarhizium anisopliae y Verticillium lecanii con 67.5% y 62% de efectividad técnica sobre T. palmi respectivamente. En los ensayos de campo y ampliación los hongos entomopatógenos Beauveria bassiana (Bals) Vuill, M. anisopliae, V. lecanii, y Paecilomyces fumosoroseus, y las cepas de Bacillus thuringiensis LBT-13 y LBT-24 mostraron buena efectividad sobre T. palmi con valores que no difirieron significativamente con el estándar confidor chino a 0.5 kg i.a. / ha, y sí del testigo sin tratamiento. Con respecto a los rendimientos, las variantes de las mezclas de los diferentes hongos con la cepa de Bacillus thuringiensis LBT-13 y el estandar alcanzaron mayores rendimientos, aunque las diferentes variantes no mostraron diferencias significativas en cuanto al número de frutos y los rendimientos expresados en toneladas por hectárea. En el cultivo del pepino incidieron con mayor abundancia los enemigos naturales Orius insidiosus, Cycloneda sanguinea y Coleomegilla cubensis.

إنجليزي. The effectiveness of different Bacillus thuringiensis and fungus entomopathogenic stains was evaluated under laboratory and field conditions for the control of Thrips palmi. In laboratory best efectiveneness results were obtained with Verticillium lecanii at 67.5 % of technical effectiveness on T. Palmi. In the field rehearsals and amplification the fungus entomopathogenic Beauveria bassiana (Bals) Vuill, M. anisopliae, V. lecanii, and Paecelomices fumosoroseus, and the strains of Bacillus turingiensis LBT-13 and LBT-24 showed good effectiveness T. Palmi, it has more than enough with values that they did not differ significantly with the standard Chinese Confidor to 0.5 Kg i.a. / ha and did over the control. Regarding the yields, mixtures variants of the different fungus with strains of B. Thuringiensis LBT _ 13 and the standard reached better yields although the different variants did not show significant differences regarding the number of fruits and the yields expressed in t / ha.
