Comportamiento de la fotosíntesis en diferentes hojas de caña de azúcar frente a la ametrina.

الأسبانية؛ قشتالية. El objetivo del trabajo consistió en estudiar la respuesta fotosintética individual por tipo de hojas, de caña de azúcar frente al herbicida ametrina. Se estudiaron las variedades Ja 60-5, C 87-51, C 751-75 y C 266-70, tomándose las hojas No. 2, 3, 4, 5 y 6 para incubar discos con concentraciones de ametrina de 0, 1, 2.5 y 5 µmol. La fotosíntesis se midió mediante un electrodo selectivo de 02. Se procesaron los datos mediante un modelo lineal. Se obtuvieron diferencias altamente significativas entre las hojas estudiadas en la evolución de 02. Las hojas 3 y 4 no difirieron entre sí pero mostraron diferencias con la 2, 5 y 6, siendo las primeras menos influenciadas negativamente en la evolución de 02 por el herbicida. Este fenómeno se observó de igual manera, en las cuatro variedades estudiadas. No se pueden, por tanto, tomar indiscriminadamente las hojas para evaluar la sensibilidad frente a la ametrina en un modelo de discos.

إنجليزي. The purpose of the work was the study of the individual photosynthetic response by leaves type of sugar cane, against the herbicide ametrine. There were assayed the varieties Ja 60-5, C 87.51, C 751-75 and C 266-70; leaves No. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were taken for lncubation with ametrine concentrations of 0, 1, 2.5 and 5 µmol. The photosynthesis was measured with and oxygen selective electrode. The results were analyzed through a lineal model. It was obfained high significafive differences among the assayed leaves in the 02 evolution. Leaves 3 and 4 did not differ one from the other, but showed differences with No. 2, 5 and 6 being the first ones, the least negatively influenced in the 02 evolution by the herbicide. This situation was observed in the 4 varieties identically. It can not the faken thus, the leaves for the sensibility evaluation of ametrine in a disk model at random.
