الأسبانية؛ قشتالية. Se describe un método simple para aislar ARN empleando hojas de caña de azúcar. Este se basó en sucesivos tratamientos con fenol/cloroformo y precipitación con acetato de sodio y etanol absoluto. Se obtuvo un material de calidad adecuada para su uso en hibridación Northen, a partir de plantas con alto contenido de fenoles.
