Regeneration and Evaluation of cross pollination vegetable in Gene bank (Cucurbit, Watermelon, Melon, Cucumber)

In order to study The regeneration and evaluation of Cucurbits family, some characters were determined for 514 accestion in Mashhad, Birjand, Sary, Kerman and Kermanshah, and 250 accessions were regenerated in Karaj in 1976 – 1379. Some parameters such as mean maximum minimum variance and factor analysis were determined for characters using SPSS software program.. Cucumber length and wide of fruit had most variance that in factor analysis showed size of fruit. Watermelon in Mashhad showed length wide of fruit and skin thickness had most variance and other ones in Birjand showed length of fruit yield per bush and skin thickness that both of them showed bigness in factor analysis. In cucurbit characters weight length of fruit had most variance that showed bigness of fruit and seed in the firs factor. Generally the result showed some characters such as leanth and wide have more important in seeds and fruits.
