إنجليزي. [In the present study the results of the application of AFLP molecular markers to the genetic characterization of some duck, turkey and guinea fowl breeds of Veneto are reported. Such breeds are involved in a regional project aimed at their conservation and at valuation of their biodiversity. The detected AFLP markers allowed to estimate the heterozigosity (H) for alle the analyzed species and breeds, which ranged between 30 and 40%. The percentage of genetic variation due to the occurrence of several breeds in the sample (Gst index) accounted for 0.451 and 0.264, respectively for ducks and turkeys. The ratios of genetic diversity among individuals within the same species were estimated and plotted in a dendrogram. For ducks it was possible to differentiate the two represented breeds; the result was also confirmed by factorial analysis. The limited number of AFLP markers detected in turkey and guinea fowl suggests that further experiments are needed to increase the number of markers and so to strengthen genetic analysis.]

Nel presente lavoro sono riportati i risultati dell´applicazione di marcatori molecolari AFLP per la caratterizzazione genetica di alcune razze venete di anatra, tacchino e faraona. Tali razze sono coinvolte in un progetto regionale finalizzato alla loro conservazione e alla valorizzazione della loro biodiversità. I marcatori AFLP individuati hanno permesso di stimare l´eterozigosi (H) per tutte le specie e le razze analizzate, che è risultata compresa fra il 30 e il 40%. La percentuale di variabilità genetica dovuta alla presenza di più razze nel campione (indice Gst) è risultata pari a 0,451 e 0,264, rispettivamente per anatre e tacchini. I rapporti di diversità genetica fra individui all´interno della stessa specie sono stati calcolati e quindi schematizzati tramite un dendrogramma. Nel caso delle anatre è stato possibile distinguere le due razze rappresentate; tale risultato è stato confermato anche dall´analisi fattoriale. La modesta quantità di marcatori AFLP individuati nelle specie tacchino e faraona suggerisce la necessità di ulteriori sperimentazioni per incrementarne la numerosità e potenziare quindi l´analisi genetica
