The results of two field trials on the activity of spinosad in the control of the grape thrip Drepanothrips reuteri Uzel, a pest responsible of considerable attacks in vineyards, especially on the variety Garganega, are reported. The spinosad based formulate showed a high efficacy, similar to the standard reference IGR lufenuron, also with non-specific applications. On the contrary, the OP fenitrothion was not statistically different from the untreated check

Vengono presentati i risultati di una sperimentazione biennale sull'attività di spinosad nei confronti del tripide della vite Drepanothrips reuteri Uzel, un fitofago che da qualche anno è protagonista di vistosi attacchi a danno delle femminelle della vite, soprattutto sulla varietà Garganega. Nei due anni di prova il formulato a base di spinosad ha dimostrato un'elevata efficacia nei confronti dell'insetto, anche utilizzato in trattamenti non specifici, equiparabile all'IGR lufenuron di confronto.
