إنجليزي. The AA analyse the DPR 14 January 1997, n. 54 and the EU Regulations 852/2004, 853/2004, 854/2004, regarding milk production and compare both legislations. They analyse the provisions of DPR n. 54/1997, abrogated by the EU Regulations, and identify the law in force regarding the direct selling of raw milk from the producer to the consumer, that lies outside the application of EU regulations (2004)
