This study was carried out to estimate the combinating ability of nutrient contents of grain in 6-parental diallel cross in maize. Inbred line, F 64 seemed to be effective in extending the protein and oil content in grain of maize, while YuR 545 and N 6 appeared to decreasing the starch content and oil content, respectively. N6 × B164 and N6 × YuR 545 showed high SCA for increasing protein content, and B 64 × F 64 and F 64 × YuR 545 showed high SCA for increasing sarch content, CC 5 × B 164 showed high SCA for extending oil content.
