The investigation deepened our understanding of nutritional influences on dairy cow's health and milk production in two separate livestock production systems. The dates of biochemical analyses of dairy cows' feed, blood serum and milk revealed that the chemical content of feedstuffs influenced above mentioned indexes in both conventional and organic farms. Animals' health and quantity and quality of obtained production were depended on their nutrition. Results affirmed animals' health safety and quality of milk were much higher in organic livestock production system than in conventional farms.
