Fin necrosis is progressive necrotic disease of many fish species. Several bacteria have been implicated in the etiology of the fin necrosis. The damage of fin can be divided in three groups: one group - acute, going to progress of necrosis, the other one- an ulcer and the third group was health fin and fin in healing study. From each group there were isolated several bacteria. Gram-negative bacteria were isolated from 73.3% of healthy fins, 88.1% of case of acute fin necrosis and 93.9% of case of ulcer. Bacteria Aeromonas spp. were isolated in 36.2% of all cases.
