The studies were carried out on Isa Vedette and Starbro broiler chickens, reared till 49th day of life. One-day-old chicks were allocated at random into 5 (experiment 1) and 6 (experiment 2) experiment groups. The experimental factor was the Ca, P and Na level in the mixtures. The aim of the studies was to determine the effect of different levels of Ca, P and Na in the diets on the content of minerals in tibia and breast bone in broiler. The results of the experiments revealed that the concentration of minerals in the bones was dependent on the P level in the diet. The increased calcium doses in both experiments did not increase the content of this mineral in bone tissue. Alternated levels of dietary minerals influenced bone P concentration in a higher degree than they did with respect to Ca content. In the experiment with Isa Vedette the concentration of Mg, Zn and Mn in the bones was highest when elevated doses of Ca and Na were fed to broilers, whereas in the experiment with Starbro the content of afore-mentioned minerals was adversely affected by P supplementation
