Two-year-long examinations were conducted at cow farms marked as A and B situated on differentiated types of soils, i.e. podzolic and alluvial. The cow herds were divided into three treatment groups, that is control - K and experimental D and Dl fed with mineral mixture Bovifos-fomagR, A and B variants. Mixture usability was evaluated through the examination of macroelement concentration, i.e. Ca, P, Mg, Na and K. in blood, serum and hairs. The mixtures introduced into a diet and formulated according to the prior recognition of requirements of animals from Central Pomerania (Poland) yielded good results. That was demonstrated in a growing content of deficient elements - inorganic P and Mg in blood serum of cows from the treatment groups. They also affected the stabilization of other macroelements content depending on the lactation stage
