The aim of this work was to investigate organization way of agriculture extension service and make approach by Internet. Necessary condition advantages and disadvantages for use these kinds of organization are pointed out. Conclusion is that this kind learning and education can be practice as an additional. In our conditions, the first problem is technical nature, and in the time, with popularization of computers, this kind of education will be more procuration.
