The aim of this investigation was to research the possibility use of additional phytase of domestic origin in concentration 1,500 PU/kg versus imported one in weaned pig diets. The diets had the same calcium levels, but the diets of the second, third and fourth groups, missing dicalcium phosphate, had for one third lower phosphorus levels than the control diets. Once more, given results confirmed that in diets without dicalcium phosphate which characterized lowering Ca and P ratio, adding higher concentration, 1,500 PU/kg, phytase are realized positive effects on the performance of weaned pigs. Preliminary results of investigation of comparison imported and domestic phytase showed that domestic phytase can use successfully as enzymatic addition into diets without dicalcium phosphate for weaned pig diets.
