Effecat in rape in the nutrition of fattening chickens

Effect of rape meat of different cultivars on the performance of fattening chickens was tested. Participation of 5% rape meal did not significantly effected the body weight in the first period of fattening if compared with control group, but effect of cultivar was very significant. The best results were obtained with the cultivar Slavica, NS-07, and Banacanka, respectively on the performances of chickens in all the groups in comparison with the control. Feed conversion was increased in both periods of fattening as well as in the entire experiment.
