Detailed dry pea production technology, in conditions of Serbia, has been shown. Differences between production technologies of dry pea and forage pea are conditioned by significant differences in morphological structure of plants of this two pea types. Main differences in production technology are connected with fertilization, crop density and weed management. Dry pea has a higher fertilization requirement, compared to forage pea. This especially significant for varieties with determined stem growth. Most prominent varieties of dry pea in Serbia have been developed at the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops from Novi Sad, Serbia.
