The paper presented three-year study in vegetation shed carried out in the Mitschelich pots with different quantity of phosphogypsum (0; 50; 100 and 150 g per pot) and nitrogen (0; 0.5; 1.0; and 1.5 g per pot) added to typical layer of solonetz soil (40-60 cm) on yield parameters and morphological properties of winter wheat. Phosphogypsum is by-product of phosphoric acid synthesis which can cause an environmental and ecological problem. The main problem related with solonetz is Bt,na horizon which is positioned at 40-6o cm depth, with high clay content, presence of adsorbed sodium and high pH value. Obtained result showed that higher doses of phosphogypsum and nitrogen strongly influenced grain yield per pot which could be utilized as a management strategy for the amelioration of salt affected soil accross our country.
