Validation of the growth simulator Silva 2.2 (A case study on permanent sample plot Zelezna Breznica)

إنجليزي. The recent growth models, mainly as yield tables, have represented an useful tool in forest management and controling the forest production. The new types of growth models have been coming forward especially in connection of the increasing number of information about the forest growth and new orientation of the forestry towards the sustainable forest ecosystems development. As one of the most perspective types of the models, the hybrid models have been appeared. This models are combination of the individual growth models components and the mechanistical models components. The typical representative of the hybrid models is growth simulator SILVA 2.2 which has been developed in Germany. Since, this simulator was fitted for german conditions, the objective of this article is to determine whether the simulator could be used for the prediction of individual tree volume development in slovak mixed stand. The validation has been shown that the simulator can be use for the prediction of two obsereved conniferous species and after correction for beech, too.

V poslednom obdobi v suvislosti s orientaciou lesneho hospodarstva v smere trvalo udrzatelneho rozvoja lesnych ekosystemov sa do popredia zacinaju dostavat nove typy rastovych modelov. Jednou z najperspektivnejsich kategorii su hybridne modely, ktorych typickym predstavitelom je moderny rastovy simulator SILVA 2.2 (PRETZCH 2002). Vzhladom na fakt, ze simulator bol parametrizovany pre podmienky SRN, cielom predkladanej prace bolo posudenie moznosti jeho pouzitia pre modelovanie vyvoja objemu jednotlivych stromov zmiesaneho porastu v slovenskych prirodnych podmienkach. Validacia rastoveho simulatora vo forme pripadovej studie pri rozlicne dlhych predikcnych dobach (5-25 rokov) preukazala, ze simulator je pouzitelny pre predikciu vyvoja objemov jednotlivych stromov na analyzovanej trvalej vysumnej ploche pri drevinach smrek a jedla. Pri drevine buk je jeho pouzitie na stromovej urovni mozne odporucit iba po korekciach existujucich systematickych chyb.
