Intensively raised poultry with a high concentration perceive all kinds of deficiencies more sensitively and react to them more pronouncedly in comparison to the other species of farm animals. Therefore, it is very demanding to classify individual hygienic parameters according to their significance. We recommend the uniform maximal number of scores, e.g. 5 or 10 for all the actual as follows: 1. Protection of breeding (outer, inner); 2. Building hygiene (building disposition, solution of construction); 3. Feeding and drinking (feed storage, technological line); 4. Litter (excrements - bedding material, removal and transport of litter); 5. Housing (method, density); 6. Ventilation (outlet equipment, supply equipment); 7. Bioclimate (physical factors, chemical factors); 8. Collection and storage of eggs; 9. Transport of animals; 10. Sanitation of the environment (disinfection, rodent control, disinfection).
