Morphogenesis of animal eukaryotic multicellular organism is complicated multistage process at the molecular, physiological and morphological levels. Different negative regulating factors cart pass into this process, a result of which is teratogenesis and subsequent malformation, eventually death of the embryo or foetus. Into this group belong also some pesticides on the basis of cholinesterase inhibitors, which prevent or inhibit cholinesterase from cleaning up unused acetylcholine. More of them are certified or assumed as carcinogenic, embryo-, or foetotoxic and teratogenic chemical compounds. The subject of our study in the term of the influence of morphogenesis is anticholinesterase insecticide bendiocarbamate, which increases the incidence of total lymphoreticular tumours in rat males.
