Feed trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of probiotic Bacillus toyoi at the level of 0.05 percent in the broiler feed on immunostimulation against ND, IBD and IB vaccination and growth promotion in broilers. Probiotic supplementation in the feed during 6 week of bird's age resulted in the tendency of higher body weight gain, better feed conversion ratio and lower mortality while ND HI titers and IBD ELISA titers in the probiotic supplementation groups were significantly higher than those in the unsupplementation control groups. There were no significant different in the IB ELISA titers and the total bacterial count among the probiotic supplementation groups and the control groups.
