This paper presents the invention of Semi-Automatic Filler Machine. The machine is used for filling rice grain sand offer grains to obtain required and similar weight per bag. The comparing methods of weighing controls the Flow Control Value 3 stages. The machine components comprise Weigh System, Control Circuit and Pneumatic System. The rice was packed in 3 sizes of bags-50, 15 and 5 kilograms. There were 50 bags per size for each size. It was found that the error of each size of bag was +-20 grams. The bagging speed was 6, 9 and 11 bags per minute, respectively. Moreover, it could be oberred that the faster the speed, the more error of rice weight filled it gained.
