Influences resulted from queen - bee replacement activity on apis cerana, biological characteristics and capacity of production

For Apis cerana bees, the periodic Queen - bee net change of one time per six months in comparison with irregular change of Queen bee makes the egg producing capacity of Queen bee better (more than 36 eggs/day); lengthens the life- time of worker bees by 16 days; shortens the time of building a new wax sheet by 1.12 days; decreases the coefficient of swarm creating/year. Especially, the periodic queen - bee change increase the honey productivity/swam/year from 8.75 kg to 11.64 kg (2.89 kg higher).
