Effect of some patterns of weed control using chemicals to upland crops in Tuangiao district, Laichau province

In Tuangiao, there exist 68 weed species of which many species showed high level damage causing in significant crop yield decrease by 1.2 T/ha in upland rice, 1.5 T/ha in maize, 0.65 T/ha in soybean, etc. Research result showed that the most effective weedicide for upland rice was Ally 20DF for soybean was Ronstar 25EC and for maize were Lasso 48EC and Gramoxon 20SL. As compared to large-scale production, patterns of weed control using chemicals contributed to increase of crop yields by 15-20 percent.
