Body appearance and sperm quality of Vietnam milk-productive hybrid bull with three-fourth and seven-eighth of HF were at the requirements. The bulls can be used as the seed ones to develop Vietnam`s cows with high milk yield and adaptation. Cows born as result of insemination with sperm from bull containing three-fourth and seven-eighth of HF breed had early maturity age and gave the first brith at 25 and 35 months, respectively and high milk productivity and high milk fat ratio.
