[Principles of quality management of agricultural products in the modern conditions of management]

The main principles of quality management taking into consideration the peculiar characteristics of agro-industrial complex production in the modern conditions of management and requirements of the international standards are analyzed. Consumer-oriented production principle includes the concepts of products quality, terms and conditions of delivery, production technology and price. Principle of managerial leadership assumes that manager should be the initiator of changes and developments, promote the qualitative fulfillment of labour duties. Principle of workers involving into development of produced products and services quality requires the creation of the appropriate conditions for each worker. Principle of process approach is based on the concept that production of all products bases of the totality of all processes. Each process stage makes the contribution into formation of the final product quality and quality of each production stage depends on the quality of preceding one. Product quality should be considered as a system consisting from a great number of interrelated elements. Constant development and improvement principle should be based on timely changes corresponding to the processes taking place in the internal and external environment. Principle of decision-making implies that the established order of collection, processing and storage of information data determines the level of management efficiency. Principle of mutually beneficial relations with suppliers proves the fact that in the conditions of market economy interrelations between market participants provide the positive results for each side
