[Stability of the agrarian market of Belarus in the conditions of the international economic integration]

One of the main strategies of the Republic of Belarus is the formation of socially oriented market economy including the stable development of rural areas, agricultural production and food security. The main trends of the state agrarian policy providing the stable development of agro-industrial complex are the following: modernization of the production potential; transformation of the unprofitable enterprises; transition to the energy-saving and science intensive technologies; consistent stare support of agricultural production; social development of rural areas. The necessity of integration on the basis of the regional trade and economic agreements is governed by the following reasons: necessity of stabilization of food markets; market satiation of the developed countries with agrarian products; barriers for the promotion of agricultural products to the EU and the USA markets. The concept of creation and development of the common agrarian market based on the system of contractual relations, institutional structures and control mechanisms of agricultural products and raw materials trade is presented. The main principles of the common agrarian market are the following: voluntary membership of each country and equitable cooperation; guaranteeing of interests of each country. The main task of agricultural branch development is the formation of the effective and competitive, stable and ecologically safe production on the basis of the landscape and adaptive system of land management, usage of resource-saving technologies and rational natural resources usage as well as the international cooperation within the frames of the global and regional associations
