On agrotechnical properties the soils of oak woods in Polesje are characterized by the high content of organic matter in a forest floors and humus in soil horizons, the potential enzimatic activity corresponds to supply of humus, nitrogen, phosphorus. Their transformation is intimately connected with washing out regime and genesis of soils of sodded oak-woods, and agrotechnics of creation of Quercus robut L. culture. Stocks of humus, nitrogen and phosphorus in a 1,5-meter soils layer (10-16, 1,6-3,7, 0,08-0,60 kg/square m) in oak woods testify to their potential opportunities with a view of increase of efficiency by means of agrotechnical methods of artificial forest renewal and creations of cultures. The important characteristic of decomposition processes of nitrogen-phosphorous containing compounds is proteolitic and phosphatase activity which is limited in these soils by the low content of nitrogen and phosphorus, however, power of transformation of organic matter of laying and катализа mineral грунтов on инвертазе and catalysis testify to intensity of decomposition of a laying material and the power capacity of soil profile confirmed by correlation communications with soil humus. Potential enzymatic activity (proteaza, phosphatase, invertase, catalase), calculated totally on laying, humus, podzolic and illuvial horizons corresponds to humus stocks and to the nitrogen and phosphorus content in soils
