The work concentrates on study of abnormalities of organism immunological reactivity Honey bees under influence of endogenic and exogenic factors. Entomopathogenic organisms, low temperatures, high humidity, heavy metals and microelements deficit are considered here as influence endogenous and exogenous factors. Environment factors render the expressed influence on parameters of amazed bees by rot, mycosis and mixed rot-mycotic pathogens on bee-gardens of republic. Monoinfections of average and strong degree of current, and also the mixed forms of rot-mycotic diseases were registered on bee-gardens of of geochemical trouble territories of the Minsk and Vitebsk areas in 60,3 ± 2,6% of cases or anthropogenous pressure in the Mogilev areas - 63,6 ± 2,3% of cases, whereas in Grodno areas this parameter has made 30,3 ±2,1%. In immunological bees reply to the answer of penetration of bacterial nature all the parts of cellular and humoral immunity are active, whereas activation of cellular immunity - encapsulation and phagocytosis is registed at mycosis. Climatic factors - temperature, humidity possess weak influence on change of functional activity of immunity of bees on separate parameters: lysocim activity, the content of general fiber, their phagocytosis activity at bees in an organism of bees. Geochemical factors-dwelling of bees in zones of geochemical trouble, and also the raised levels of pollutants are accompanied in bees organism by distinct changes of functional activity such immunological parameters, as lysocim activity, the content of general albumin, phagocytosis activity and quantity hemocytes in hemolymph
