[Methodical approaches according to the factors forming the cost price of agricultural production]

At the present uncoordinated and one-sided methods of studying the issue of production costs formation are applied. There is no integrated approach to this issue. Due to this, the development of methodical approaches that would allow to systematically evaluate the components of the complex of factors that form the production costs of agricultural produce, while taking into account as much as possible the economic situation of each period, is very actual. Forecasting estimation of a level of the cost price up to 2010 received by different methods has shown the negative tendency of its growth. It is connected with objective process of constant rise in price of material resources and the services got by organizations for conducting of agriculture. It is necessary to raise a level of productivity of crops and efficiency of animals up to 2010 in 1,5-2 times in connection with maintenance of competitiveness of a domestic production. Offered methodical approaches can be applied in various areas of the economic analysis, planning, normalization. Results of calculations are scientifically enough proved, as consider really existing quantitative communications between the cost price and factors, its defining. Besides received equalized parameters of the individual cost price can be effectively used at differentiation of procurement prices, perfection of the taxation of facilities, distribution of the state support
