[Estimation of a level of consumer properties and the modern mechanism of stimulation of quality of agricultural production]

Based on the conducted research and on the analysis of the experience in regulating agricultural produce quality, main trends of formation of consumer properties for national agricultural produce and role of the current mechanism of price formation in providing incentives to increase the quality of agricultural raw materials are determined. The problems of the national system in regulating the relationship between enterprises of agroindustrial complex in the area of agricultural produce quality are examined. Tendencies of changing of proportion of agricultural products in the content of their qualitive parameters during last years have been considered. The agricultural and processing enterprises, the state purchasing organizations, bodies of the state and departmental management of agrarian and industrial complex of republic acted as the object of scientific research. A subject of research were functioning legal, organizational-economic and other mechanisms and methods of stimulation of quality of agricultural raw material and production in Belarus, the departmental and other normative and normative-legal documentation defining functions of controls of agroindustrial complex, the processing enterprises and the state purchasing organizations of republic in the field of maintenance and stimulations of quality of agricultural production, and also system of contracting of agricultural production functioning at the present stage in the field of maintenance and regulations of its quality and consumer properties
