[The control and regulation of fishes health in the conditions of aquaculture]

The monography includes the review of original research, and data available in foreign and domestic literature on problem of health protection of fishes grown up in pond aquaculture. For complex estimation of the state of fishes health simple, reliable and sensitive methods of the account of immunophysiological parameters are used. They are the following: the level of hemoglobin, quantity of erythrocytes, number of leukocytes with deducing of leukocytic formulas, phagocytic activity of monocyrtes, speed of erythrocytes concretion, concentration of the general albumin and albuminous fractions, C-reactive albumin, bactericidal activity, complementary activity of blood whey, the level of lysocim, the content of natural antibodies and the level of intensity of natural immunity, and also skin reaction in hypersensitivity of the slowed down type. Features of changes of parameters of system of nonspecific immunity of fish organism at action of ichthyopathogens, xenobiotics and feeding of poor-quality forages are shown. The new information on regulation of health of pond carp with use of the domestic preparations providing fishes safety is given. Increase in efficiency of domestic preparations and reception of ecologically safe fish output is shown
