Research results of the investigation of the character of the influence of fire consequences on the biota of edaphotops of pine forests (litter + humus-accumulated horizon) according to the content of C, N, P, fermentation activity and microbiota biomass are presented. Intensity of forest fires determines the features of soil biota functioning where the fermentation activity discloses the specificity of the influence of the pyrogenic factor on enzymatic activity of forest litter and humus-accumulated horizon of soil. In the enzymic and humified layers the enzymatic reactions come down depending on the degree of heating and correspond to the mineralization of organogenetic structure, lowering of the content of the organic substances, quantity of biogenic elements, changes of biota amount, lowering of the enzymatic activity of burnt wood residues and mineralization of or the organic matter. Microscopical census of bacteria made it possible to reveal the pattern that on the burnt litter the quantity of bacteria can be calculated in the millions of cells in comparison with the milliards of cells in the live litter of pine forests. Bacteria weight lowers in 2-3 times in the second layer of the intensively heated and mellow litter as well as in the humic and sabulous horizons. According to the realized calculations the biomass of micromycetes, bacteria and their total quantity correspond to the natural conditions. Possibilities of restoration of live biomass on the burnt litter are more intense according to the bacteria number than according to the floccus of mycelium of microscopical fungi
