[Tendencies of formation and estimation of effectiveness of work in agriculture]

Effectiveness of (labour) is considered as a level of given purpose achievement. In this case it means ensuring of competitiveness of production, high quality of the works to be carried out and services on all set of consumer properties. Richness of content, quality and labour safety (in the aim of productivity) are presented as an objective tendencies which demand the labour content enrichment, increase in its quality, professional level of workers. The most wide-spread methods of labour reorganization are described: increase in volume of labour and enrichment of its content. Increase in labour quality allows to save both alive labour and substantial one, render multifold influence on increase in efficiency of social production. The following tendencies of formation and estimation of effectiveness of work in agriculture are analysed: diversification of production; cooperation of resources, labour and capital; economic relations of employment; influence of demographic tendencies on labour resources; distribultion of incomes in accordance with labour. Development of market relations occurs on the basis of strictly defined laws, tendencies and principles that in the aggregate form obligatory norms and norms of actions of commodity producers and businessmen, which should be taken into account when organizing economic activities. As a result of the research, the tendencies of formation and estimation of the labour productivity in agriculture are considered and the measures on increase in labour efficiency in new conditions of management are offered
