[Functional and structural changes of goat kidneys at a poisoning with mercury]

It was studied the clinical-biochemical indices in goats because of mercury poisoning. Besides of general clinical symptoms (oppression, the decrease of appetite, the increase of body temperature, tachycardia, tachypnea, hypotonia of fore-stomach, oliguria). The disease was developed by the violation of educing and filtrated abilities of kidneys, and liver lesions, that showed itself by the increase concentration of bilirubin and enzyme activity (AST, GGT). Mercury poisoning is accompanied by relatively, thickness of urine, the decrease of pH, proteinuria, urobilinuria, erythrocyturia, cylindruria, the rise activity of GGT. Because of histological investigations it was found out the changes which are typical for necrotic tubulonephrosis
