In the developed conditions of technogenic transformation of environment the human body closely connected with biosphere by means of metabolic-trophic and recreational communications, being exposed to influence of harmful factors, is compelled to mobilise the compensator-adaptive mechanisms constantly. Intensive and long influence of harmful factors can cause an overstrain and failure of these mechanisms and promote development of prepainful and pathological conditions which carry more and more obvious lines of ecological conditionality and concern group of anthropogenous ecological illnesses. The research can become the base to studying of influence of accruing environmental contamination on population health. Maximum-permissible concentration of polluting substances besides, existing now should be a subject of constant revaluation with the tendency to their decrease. Only on this basis the further perfection of hygienic rationing methodology, an estimation of total loading and environment management for the purpose of prevention of influence of harmful factors on health of the person are possible. The content of the basic and specific harmful substances in atmospheric air of industrial region of Vitebsk authentically influences on concentration of the substances (phenol, formaldehyde, nitrogen dioxide, carbon oxide, sulphur dioxide, suspended matters) in other areas differing on degree of anthropogenous loading
