Research results of influence of plant hormones (auxin, kenetin, gibberellin) on the process of rhizogenesis of meristem potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) plants were presented. Dependence of rhizogenesis process of meristem potato regenerants in vitro conditions on the content of studied hormones was proved. Application of auxin (5 mg/l) and gibberelin (10 mg/l) into nutrition media MS (Murasige-Skoog) stimulated not only the process of rhizogenesis but also exercised influence of plant growth. The maximum effect was observed on the 14-21 day after cultivation. Presence of kinetin (5 mg/l) inhibited the formation of roots in the whole course of the experiment. Long-term cultivation (28 days) on MS media in combined hormones application caused the depression of plant growth and development processes. The studied hormones caused the increasing of content of photosynthetic pigments without the simultaneous changing of carotinoids content. In the variant with gibbherellin there was noted the small amount of chlorophyll alpha. Investigation results showed that the successful passing of rhizogenesis stage in the hydroponic conditions in vitro was substantiated by several factors (plant genotype, type of applied hormone and its concentration, method of rhizogenesis stimulation) and could be successfully regulated in the conditions microclonal propagation of potato meristem plants
